Have you ever been ghosted…by a partner, a business partner,a headhunter or a potential client? You know you did your bestAnd you expect they will respond back.It would seem as if it is a rejection But rather, believe.. it is a redirection…While you think they’ve closed the doors for you, don’t get stuck feeling blue.Start opening your windows,You’ll never know what gardens await you. (If-you-only-keep-on-trying.)Don’t take it against them.Everything is on you.👈#adaptfast#keeponblooming#nolimits#growthzone#pauseinspirations☺️🌱

The outcomes of that meeting weren't for you... God just saved you a ton of time and heartache. Be happy, life is so good and there's still a next time. Some will, some won't, so what, next... keep smiling Grace K. ...

The most painful ghosting are when recruiters muck up the expectations of job seekers almost 1 year in hunt. I feel for those people

I “closed a deal” with a prominent cancer hospital as a training consultant, but only to be ghosted. With that I learned that a pause is God’s way of redirection and I am now consulting for 2 hospitals and a 3rd is on it’s way by Q3.

In my fitness era~Story time: Over the years, I’ve spent a good amount of investment going to a gonstead chiropractor for spine alignment; I think it was due to my frantic love for sports and oversitting at work made it all worse. What I’ve noticed was that, the more I took breaks by not doing the heavy lifting, the more I was out of shape. I’m not talking about being physically out of shape (which became very obvious); I felt my mental balance (before) gets easily shaken. I am happy to share that it's been 2 years since I fully prioritized health over anything. Some might think it is selfish, a "look-at-me" kind of TikTok/ YouTube generation era that changed the whole game. Well, it did for me. I am changed because I learned to honor what feeds my energy and focus. I also rejoice documenting the joy I get from the sweat.♡ Although sometimes I can't help but think I can easily break my back from the yoga poses I make, or twist my back from playing golf or boxing, all these risky pauses I am no longer worried about as long as it is handled with care. While I celebrate International Yoga Day, I likewise toast for my mental fitness era. What ways would you like to stretch yourself that can boost your overall health?#pauseinspirations#pausewithgrace#fitnessera

Honoring partner Clients and Professional Coaches in the world this #InternationalCoachingWeek.🎯Research indicates that coaching can yield a significant return on investment (ROI). According to the International Coach Federation (ICF), 86% of companies report that they recouped their investment in coaching and more, with some experiencing an ROI of up to seven times the initial investment. Furthermore, individuals who have received coaching report improvements in work performance (70%), communication skills (72%), and relationships (73%).In summary, professional coaching has proven to be a powerful tool for personal and professional development, benefiting individuals and organizations by enhancing performance, fostering personal growth, and improving overall well-being.The vast majority of us, coaches were transformed in the process of helping our clients unlock. And this reciprocal transformation underscores the profound impact that coaching can have, not just on our dear clients, but on us, coaches ourselves."SAWUBONA" means, "I see you", as a way to greet and acknowledge the dignity of a person, and "NGIKHONA" means, "I am here". Coaching starts with simple hellos and eventually, creates magical new beginnings.#HappyInternationalCoachingWeek2024
