The prize money awarded to him for this accomplishment is $50,000, translating to approximately 1 crore 40 lakhs in Pakistani rupees. This represents a significant reward for his record-setting performance, highlighting the growing recognition and value of athletic excellence on the global stage.👉In contrast, Neeraj Chopra, who made history by becoming the first Indian track and field athlete to win two consecutive Olympic medals, received no prize money for his silver medal. This is due to World Athletics’ recent decision to award prize money exclusively to gold medalists at this year's Olympics. The governing body has stated that prize money for silver and bronze medalists will be introduced starting with the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.👉The disparity has sparked discussions about fairness and the role of financial incentives in Olympic sports. While Arshad Nadeem's victory is celebrated, Neeraj Chopra's achievement—despite not being financially rewarded—continues to symbolise a significant milestone in Indian athletics. The Paris Olympics have thus not only highlighted extraordinary athletic feats but also exposed the evolving landscape of rewards and recognition in global sports.👉As fans and analysts grapple with the implications of these changes, the world watches to see how future Olympic Games will address these disparities and ensure that the accomplishments of all athletes are duly recognized.

💯NIT Grads Recycle 350000 Kg Plastic Waste to Make Durable Decor; Earn Over Rs 1 Crore in Revenue. 👉A college trek to the high climes of Himachal Pradesh inspired Sonal Shukla and Vaibhav Verma to get into the plastic waste recycling business and establish their Delhi-based startup conscious.👉The mountains were stunningly beautiful, and we were in awe of the scenery. But then, we noticed that there were heaps of plastic waste scattered all over the place, spoiling the natural beauty. Seeing such a lovely place ruined by plastic waste left a very strong impression on both of us and made us realise the urgent need to address this growing problem,” Sonal recalls in a conversation with The Better India.👉Prior to this trek, the Kanpur native (a student of electronics and communication) and Vaibhav (a student of environmental engineering) had already discussed their shared interest in preserving the environment. But this trek in the high climes of Himachal Pradesh ramped up their decision to pursue a career in waste management with a focus on plastic waste. 👉For Vaibhav, these events only reinforced a choice he made a few years ago. Growing up in Delhi, Vaibhav lived in a locality close to the massive Bhalswa landfill, an “imposing mountain of waste” he saw every day.Just before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, Sonal Shukla, Vaibhav Verma and their batchmates from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra, went on a winter trek to Parashar Lake in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, as their two-year MTech course was winding down.

Search GPT 🌐💻 2024 👉What is Search GPT?Search GPT is a component or capability that incorporates large language models like GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) with internet search functionality. 👉The fundamental conception is to combine the natural language interpretation and generation capabilities of AI models with real-time access to up-to-date knowledge from the web. Let’s understand what exactly is Search GPT with the crucial key points about it:Real-time information: 👉Unlike standard GPT models from OpenAI which have a knowledge cutoff, Search GPT is able to access current and trendy information from the Internet. How Does Search GPT Work?👉Search GPT generally works through a combination of language models and search engine integration. However, let’s move ahead and get a general overview of how it functions properly and operates seamlessly, ensuring better performance.👉1. Query Processing: The Search GPT starts by acquiring the user’s query, which can be in natural language form. The language model, acquainted with extensive portions of text data, examines the query to comprehend its purpose, context, and nuances. It identifies key concepts, entities, and relationships within the query. 👉Search Execution: Based on the interpreted query, the Chat GPT-based search engine generates a set of relevant search terms or keywords. These may not be identical to the user’s original query but are optimized for search engines. 👉Information Retrieval:Search GPT’s system collects a wide array of search results from its web queries. These results can comprise web pages, news articles, academic papers, forum discussions, and additional online content.Dynamic Response GenerationSearch GPT can generate responses that are tailored to the specific query and context provided by the user. Exciting Features of Search GPT👇👉It doesn’t simply reiterate data and information found online but synthesizes data from multiple sources, integrates it with its own language understanding, and produces coherent, relevant answers. Response Generation:Using the researched data and its own language understanding capabilities, the model induces a legible and contextually relevant response.👉https://searchgpt.net/

💯India’s first abrasive waterjet unveiled by IIT-M director💯🏢IIT Madras director V Kamakoti inaugurates India’s first indigenous abrasive waterjet machine in Thoraipakkam Photo | Express🏢👇👉CHENNAI: An IIT Madras backed start-up has designed India’s first abrasive waterjet machine which can be used for cutting combustible materials without generating heat, and can play a major role in the semiconductor, aviation, defence and diamond industries. It will be a game-changer as the machine is expected to cost just one-third of those currently in the market. The machine was unveiled by IIT-M director V Kamakoti on Thursday.👉Supported by Startup TN, the machine was designed and developed by Guhan Industries and Manufacturing Solutions (GIMS) with the help of NIRMAAN - IIT-M’s flagship initiatives to support product ideas by students.🎤Speaking to TNIE on Saturday, Guhan Gunasekaran, director of the company, said unlike pure waterjet machines which use a pressurised jet of water to cut soft, thin or permeable materials, an abrasive waterjet involves a mixture of abrasives and water. It is more powerful and can cut hard materials.👉“The benefit associated with the utilisation of waterjet cutting machine is its ability to cut a material without generating heat that may harm materials like rubber, textiles, foam, leather, plastics, tile, stone glass, food, paper, and other combustible materials, making it a promising solution in sectors such as defence, aerospace, oil and gas industries,” he said, adding that it would also benefit MSMEs.👉He added waterjet machines currently in the market have components which are imported, and assembled in India. “An imported abrasive machine costs Rs 1.5 crore, but we are planning to sell for Rs 45 lakh.”👉The team at GIMS developed proof of concept for an abrasive suspension waterjet and was awarded a grant of Rs 20 lakh from Engineers India Limited (EIL) to develop a prototype. After successfully developing and testing the concept, the team filed for an Indian Patent for the core idea of continuous operation of a suspension jet, a first of its kind in India. The team received funding of Rs 2.5 crore from Startup TN for setting up a manufacturing facility to develop and commercialise the machine.💯The startup is mentored by IIT professors T Muruganandam, N Ramesh Babu, S Sathyan, and Dr Satyanarayana Seshadari.

Although he is not very fascinated by the scope offered by civil engineering, he chose the college over his choice of course.👉From boarding the first flight of my life from Lucknow to reaching Chennai and joining IIT Madras – my journey has been an exhilarating rollercoaster. I am from a small village in Uttar Pradesh. My parents are uneducated and, therefore, the zeal I saw in them to make me and my three siblings educated always encouraged me to do my best.👉Hailing from Babupur in Sitapur district, I could hardly remember my parents going out of the village. My father is a farmer and my mother is a housewife. My younger sister and brother are in Class 12 and Class 3, respectively, and my elder sister is married.JEE preparation📖👉A close friend of mine played a significant role in motivating me to aim for JEE Main and Advanced. Seeing his belief in the opportunities that IITs offer, I got inspired. This friend of mine wanted me to go to Kota, Rajasthan with him. However, my financial situation did not allow me to go. I knew how difficult it would have been for my father to send me money and put me in a coaching programme.👉Life at IIT, struggle in initial daysMy classes at IIT Madras began in November 2021 but due to Covid-related restrictions, I came to the institute in 2022.
