The massage was fine but not spectacular. I just felt that 50 minutes was not enough. The massage needs to take place in a room that is serene and quiet but it was not.The staff are friendly and the elevators take forever to come.
Spa service was great but this place is difficult to book, there are very few timeslots available and I got a bit annoyed when they told me there is more availability on wednesday, so I changed my plans to make time for the spa on wednesday, but afterwards they tell me there is actually only one slot available for wednesday…. The misinformation just got me really frustrated and I had to keep changing my plans to make the spa experience possible. I would say the reservation process was frustrating
